How to Make Raw Mango Tangy Drink #Aam Ka Panna

Aam Panna I Origin Story:
Aam Panna, a perfectly tasty, refreshing summer coolant, well known for its Heat-Resistance properties in India. It is healthy and easy to make at home drink, which will keep you hydrated and save you from the heat of summer. Prepared with Raw Mangoes and flavored with Indian spices "Aam Panna" or "Aam Ka Panna" is also beneficial for gastrointestinal problems and have a good source of vitamin B1 and B2, niacin, and vitamin C. It also acts as a tonic boosting the resistance against tuberculosis, anemia, cholera, and dysentery.


Aam Ka Panna I Raw Mango Tangy Drink Recipe:

Before you Start, Must Have Ingredients:
  1. 2 Big green raw Mangoes/ Kacha Aam
  2. 2 Tsp Roasted Cummin Seed/ Bhuna Jeera Powder
  3. 1 Tsp Black Rock Salt/ Kala Namak
  4. 1/2 Tsp crushed Black Pepper/ Golki 
  5. 10 Mint Leaves/ Pudina
  6. 4 Cup Chilled water
  7. 6 Tsp Sugar/Chinni
Preparation:
  1. Add two Mangoes with water in a pressure cooker and cook them till 2-3 whistles 
  2. Let them cool down, you can see that Mangoes will lose their Green color and become more yellowish
  3. Now peel mangoes, scoop out its pulps in a bowl carefully after cooling and add 2 Tsp Roasted Cummin Seed/ Bhuna Jeera Powder, 10 Mint Leaves/ Pudina,1 Tsp Black Rock Salt/ Kala Namak, and 1/2 Tsp crushed Black Pepper/ Golki.
  4. Pour the mix into the blender and blend them into a smooth mix
  5. Add 4 cup filled water and blend again.
  6. Serve in a glass along with ice cubes and mint leaves garnishing.
