Ingredients:
- 500 grams bone-in chicken, skinless
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Lemon wedges and chopped cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Brush the chicken with vegetable oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
