Masala Chaas I Butter Milk Tasty Recipe:
Before you Start, Must Have Ingredients:
- 2 cup Curd/Dahi/Yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper/Golki
- 12 Mint Leaves/ Pudina
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cummin Seed/ Bhuna Jeera Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Black Rock Salt/ Kala Namak
- 1 Cup Chilled water
- 1/2 TSp Chat Masala For Sprinkle
- 4 Ice Cubes
Preparation:
- Take 2 Cup Curd and Blend Well in Mixture
- Add 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper/Golki, 10 Mint Leaves, 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cummin Seed/ Bhuna Jeera Powder, 1/2 Tsp Black Rock Salt/ Kala Namak, and 1 Cup Chilled water
- Mix all the ingredients well
- Let the mix to rest down for 5 Min
- Serve with ice cubes and Mint Leaves and a pinch of Chat Masala to be sprinkled on top for garnishing.
